- To check availability or pricing please click on "Get a Quote" on the home page or at the bottom of any page on the website. Once your quote is submitted, an Air-Time representative will follow up for additional questions about pricing, etc.
- Deposit is due at time of reservation. Deposits are 25% of total balance due. The remaining balance is due after setup is complete. You can move the event to another date (one time) if due to bad weather or any other unforeseen circumstances. Deposits are non-refundable. Once you sign the rental agreement, you are entering a binding contract and guarantee your deposit payment.
- We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover. Convenience fee applies to online payments.
- If tax exempt, please let us know. We will need your tax exempt number on file.
Electricity and water (along with hose if needed) is the responsibility of the customer! So please verify electric (and water, if needed) is available prior to our arrival as our trucks are on a delivery schedule to several events and we cannot wait. We rent generators and can bring them with notice, but they are subject to availability.
Generator Rental Rate is $125.00 each and will run 2 blowers safely. Each inflatable blower pulls roughly 8-12 amps. One 20 amp circuit is required for each inflatable blower required for rentals. A maximum of 100ft. Air-Time 12 gauge extension cord can be run from inflatable blower motor to outlet. Anything over 100ft. WILL cause damage to equipment. Customer is responsible for not over loading circuit by adding another electrical item after Air-Time sets up event and is gone.
Attendants can be reserved at a $30 per hour per person rate. $90 minimum charge per attendant. If you are located outside of Lexington or Nicholasville, additional travel charges may apply for attendants.
Inflatables returned dirty with mud, sand, silly string, food, drink, or have water on them when rented as a dry item, are subject to a $50 cleaning fee per inflatable.
All invoices not paid within 10 days of event date are subject to a 1.5% monthly finance charge (APR 18%).
RPP - Rental Protection Plan's are available at the time of reservation. Customer has the option to accept the Air-Time Inc. Rental Protection Plan. If the Customer fails to provide Air-Time Inc. with an acceptable certificate of insurance, Customer agrees to accept Rental Protection Plan. If Customer accepts Rental Protection Plan, then Air-Time Inc. waives all claims against the Customer for accidental breakage or damage to rental items, (this does not cover insurance for injury to participants, but to damage of equipment) with the exception of third-party sub-rental items, that occurs despite usage and handling with reasonable care. Items not returned to Air-Time Inc. within seven (7) days after event date are billed the full replacement cost of each item. The RPP is not insurance and does not cover (a) rental items not returned, (b) theft, (c) damage resulting from vandalism or intentional or improper misuse, (d) damage resulting from failure to secure rental items during transport, overloading, or exceeding the rated capacity of the rental items, (e) damage to motors, engines, or devices caused by misuse, (f) any damage resulting from overturning, (g) any damage resulting from use of the rental items in violation of any provision of this agreement or violation of any law, ordinance, or regulation, (h) any damage due to weather, and (i) any damage to third-party sub-rental items or specialty items.
